If a question looks wrong, out of date, or unclear, tell us. Every report is checked against the official manual, and every change is recorded here with its date.

Checked against the manual, then corrected
The question is compared with the official manual it was written for. A confirmed error is corrected in a new release rather than edited silently, so a test you already took is not changed under you, and the correction is listed below.
